These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern rentals and services provided by AirBounceHouse.com ("we," "us," "our") to you ("Customer"). By reserving equipment or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations & deposits

Reservations are confirmed once we approve your order and any required deposit is received. Popular dates book quickly and are not held until confirmed. The deposit percentage and any delivery fee are shown on your quote.

2. Payment

The remaining balance is due on or before your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our online checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

3. Cancellations & changes

• Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel an order; changes are subject to availability.
• Deposits may be non-refundable within a short window before your event; we will always try to reschedule your date when possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons (see Weather), in which case eligible amounts are refunded or credited.

4. Delivery, setup & pickup

For delivered orders we handle drop-off, setup and pickup within our service area (Orlando, FL and surrounding Central Florida). Please ensure a clear, level, accessible space and, for inflatables, access to a standard power outlet within ~50 feet or notify us if a generator is needed. An adult must be present at delivery and pickup.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, address, and site conditions.
• Keep rented items secure, dry, and used only as intended for the duration of the rental.
• Do not move, disassemble, or relocate installed equipment (especially tents and inflatables).
• Supervise all use; you are responsible for the safety of guests using the equipment.

6. Safety — inflatables & equipment

• Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use.
• No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, silly string, or face paint inside inflatables.
• Observe rider limits by age/size; do not overload.
• Stop use and turn off blowers in high winds or storms (see Weather).

7. Damage, loss & cleaning

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Significant damage, loss, or excessive soiling beyond normal use may incur repair, cleaning, or replacement fees. All items are inspected on return.

8. Weather

For everyone's safety, inflatables and tents cannot be used safely in high winds, lightning, or severe weather. We may delay setup or take equipment out of service due to weather; we will work with you on rescheduling or a rain-check credit.

9. Liability & indemnification

Use of rented equipment is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AirBounceHouse.com is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, inadequate supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your event and use of the equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
